We are delighted to confirm that we have once again been awarded the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA)  Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) citation.

The citation has always provided a rigorous and evidence-based guide for employers to develop and implement their own gender equality strategies and actions. However, this year the eligibility criteria was strengthened by placing even greater emphasis on accountability, outcomes, evidence and internal reporting processes. It meant that the number of citation holders has been reduced from 141 to 119. So, we are proud to be included in a list of organisations that uphold the highest standards of gender equality.

We invest considerably in all of our diversity inclusion initiatives to ensure that they are effectively resourced, implemented, measured and sponsored from the most senior levels of our organisation. In addition to this we are committed to flexible work practices for all and we conduct regular pay gap reviews to ensure all of our employees are equally valued and rewarded.
