For example, during our award-winning annual Learn.Develop.Perform (LDP) Week, global leaders and experts share their insights on topics like collaboration, business acumen and unconscious bias. Employees curate their learning experience, choosing topics that resonate most with their goals.
We constantly innovate how learning is delivered. Past events have featured a 24-hour radio station, bite-sized video content through a YouTube channel and TED-style presentations.

- Leading at AbbVie, a cohort-based program that supports first-time people leaders with critical skills needed to successfully lead individuals and teams
- Key Talent Leadership Programs, a suite of customised learning solutions designed for key talent leaders selected by their business for accelerated development
- Executive Mentoring Program (EMP), pairs high performing talent with AbbVie senior executive leaders for a one-on-one mentoring partnership
- Educational Assistance Program which is available to eligible employees for courses with approved educational institutions at Diploma, Degree, Master, PhD or equivalent level.
